Parkview Complex — Indooroopilly

Parkview Complex required a comprehensive refresh of its ageing exterior and internal common areas. The body corporate committee sought a QBCC licensed painter capable of delivering quality work within a defined sinking fund budget.
The Challenge
The complex had multiple paint layers from previous jobs, some of which were incompatible and causing adhesion failures. The car park required full re-marking to comply with updated Australian standards, and lobby painting needed to be completed with minimal disruption during business hours.
Our Solution
Our team conducted thorough testing to identify incompatible coatings and carried out complete surface preparation including removal of failing layers. Car park line marking was completed over a weekend to avoid inconvenience. Lobby and corridor work was scheduled in sections with temporary access maintained at all times.
The Result
The committee was thrilled with the transformation. The project came in under the approved sinking fund allocation, and the improved presentation has been noted positively in resident surveys.
Services Delivered
"Professional, organised, and the result speaks for itself. Tier 1 handled the complexity of our aging building with real expertise. The free on-site inspection was thorough and set the tone for the entire project."
