Harbour Towers — South Brisbane
Harbour Towers is a prominent 64-unit high-rise in South Brisbane. The body corporate committee engaged Tier 1 Painting for a comprehensive internal common area repaint and selective exterior touch-ups across all 8 levels of the building.
The Challenge
Working in a busy high-rise with 64 occupied units required meticulous scheduling and communication. The stairwells needed to remain accessible at all times for fire safety compliance, and the project scope was large enough to require careful staging across the 8-week timeline.
Our Solution
We assigned a dedicated project manager who coordinated daily with the building manager. Work was completed floor-by-floor with advance notice to residents. Low-VOC paints were used throughout to maintain indoor air quality. All fire exits remained accessible at all times with our staged approach.
The Result
The project was delivered on time with zero safety incidents. Residents praised the minimal disruption and fresh, modern appearance of the common areas. The body corporate has since engaged us for their ongoing maintenance painting program.
